Having been to multiple trainings on mindfulness, Zoe Sameth was the most insightful, flexible, adaptive, and inspirational trainer in my 11 years as an educator.
Her trainings are outstanding! Zoe is stimulating, engaging, well-organized, well-prepared, sensitive to all participants, an excellent presenter and an interactive leader. The staff wants to do more in-depth training with Zoe.
When Zoe interviewed to be a Mindful Schools teacher, her ease, energy, communication and background won us all over. Zoe has a performance capacity mixed with technique and flexibility that is a success in all settings and with all ages. She is a fabulous teacher in the entire spectrum of schools from public to private, affluent to low-income, all demographics and locations. She is a “go-to” teacher for me.
Over the past three years Zoe has not only been a fabulous bilingual presenter at our workshops for staff, children, and parents, but she has built a partnership of trust among all in the course of her trainings, mentoring and role modeling. We have been very fortunate to have contracted with Zoe who has provided us with a relationship, connection, support, tools and guidance that staff and families need.
Zoe practices mindfulness as she educates. Her presence, storytelling, and calm being lend to an openness that promotes sharing and personal growth. Beyond the wealth of information and strategies shared, I learned that this is a way of being I will practice daily, as I want the families I work with to see it within me as I do in Zoe.

Zoe’s excellent skills in guiding people, along with her soothing voice and sparkling personality make her training and guided imagery sessions wonderful. After meeting with Zoe, I feel super relaxed and replenished. And my students (youth and adults) have experienced astonishing success managing test anxiety after one relaxation session with Zoe. Physical exercises helped me understand the teambuilding and communication concepts in a different way. I will use my better awareness of self and others in my work with staff, parents and the children.

I was a shy person. Now I’m not. I got a lot of confidence at this workshop, where everyone was given a chance to participate and share. Even a shy person felt encouraged. And not for a second were we distracted or thinking of any problem. We were just ourselves. We all went away with a smile on our faces.
Zoe’s presentation is perfect. She kept an upbeat yet relaxing flow throughout the day. I had much on my mind when I first got here. I began to put everything aside and focus on the training. By the end of the day I felt happy, joyous, and free.

Before the training I felt stressed and not well. During I felt relaxed and in a safe place with people that really cared. I liked getting to know each other and knowing other people have the same stress as I do. Zoe really seemed to care about our feelings and health.

I carried Zoe Sameth’s ‘Deep Relaxation’ CD in my briefcase for two months, even on an overseas trip, with the idea I’d listen to it when I had time. But you know how it is. Then, a big crisis struck at work and I decided now was the time. What a difference this CD made. After I listened to it once, I became calm and found I had more energy. I was able to sail through the next two days even as things did not calm down at work. I am a convert!
I love the way Zoe creates the space for deep relaxation with her amazing, peaceful spirit. Her voice immediately sends me into a place of stillness. I've used lots of teachers and resources and have never gotten to this place as easily as with this tool. If your mind is busy, this will give you an awareness of your body that may be missing. I use the instrumental track when I want to connect to that place without completely going there, and it's so helpful.
